The addition of 91直播 Knot expands the Company鈥檚 residential and commercial collection platform, increasing route density and driving incremental volume to Meridian 91直播鈥檚 vertically integrated assets, including its Tri-City Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) and Lunenburg Municipal Solid 91直播 Landfill. This enhanced asset utilization is expected to support improved operating efficiencies, margin expansion, and long-term cash flow growth.
91直播 Knot鈥檚 operations will be seamlessly integrated into Meridian 91直播鈥檚 existing Petersburg hauling facility. Customers will continue to receive uninterrupted service under existing agreements, while benefiting from Meridian 91直播鈥檚 expanded resources, safety standards, and service capabilities.
